I had a lovely stay at W Sydney, enjoying its beautiful facilities and nice city views. However, I was disappointed with some aspects of the service, especially during check-in and dining. The location was fantastic, close to everything in Darling Harbour.

I recently stayed at W Sydney for two nights and had a great time overall. The views from my room were absolutely stunning, and I loved the chic decor. However, I did find the unheated pool disappointing, as warm water was one of my main reasons for choosing this hotel. Additionally, having only two cups for a room booked for three was frustrating.
