the room was clean it had everything i needed lots of room i appreciated the beautiful harbour view the room seemed fully sound proof i couldn't hear anything from outside i found that great the drinks and food were excellent the breakfast variety impressed me.
i found the pool area on level 29 very cold it is open i think a roof would protect swimmers from the cold wind better

The staff were really good too assist my wife and me. A manager even offered to make a dinner reservation at the BTWN restaurant. The hotel's atmosphere felt exclusive and cute, especially noted on the escalator ride to check-in. The breakfast included awesome meals and a great service from friendly staff.
there was no available Wi-Fi connection in the room, and the TV was unusable as a result. The room was very bright because of the lit power switches.

i had a fantastic stay. the harbour view room offered fine sights. ryan, the supervisor, showed amazing kindness and care. the mosaic outdoor pool was really good. the interior design, including the bathtub, was excellent. the check-in process was smooth and efficient. i felt well looked after.

The room had a king bed that was very comfortable. I found the location to be convenient, close to many restaurants around the corner. The rooftop pool was lovely and offered amazing views (I spent a good amount of time there). The staff was helpful, especially with directions.
